Happy motivation Monday!!! The last month or two have been frustrating for me because I haven’t seen much progress on the scale. I’ve hit a plateau and with the holidays coming up it makes it so tempting to throw my hands up and try again in January. But seeing side by side photos help me stay on track. I’m not gaining weight and still down 26lbs this year, it’s not as much as I’d wanted for 2020 but it’s progress and the only way I’ll reach my goals is to keep going! I have to keep reminding myself how far I’ve come and and focus on the positive changes and eating habits I’ve made.
Let’s kill this week and earn that turkey dinner Thursday then get right back on track!! 💪🏼
